Plaintiff has filed a motion seeking to proceed without payment of fees and costs, which includes a sworn statement as to plaintiff's current financial circumstances. See Doc. #2 . Plaintiff has been unemployed since March 15, 2020. See id. at 3. Before then, she was a self-employed dog walker, earning approximately $160 per week. See id. Since May, 2020, plaintiff has received approximately $851 per month in "Pandemic Unemployment" benefits. Id. Plaintiff has no assets and approximately $5 in a checking account. See id. at 3-4. Plaintiff's monthly expenses are $770. See id. at 4. At this stage, such allegations are sufficient to establish that plaintiff is unable to pay the ordinary filing fees required by the Court. 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(1).
