ORDER DISMISSING FRIVOLOUS AND MALICIOUS ACTION PURSUANT TO 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B). Elizabeth Torres has filed a purported notice of removal from a pending action in the Connecticut Superior Court. Her papers state that she makes an "emergency request motion of relief order(s) of to intervene/indict, seize & accept a request motion for courtcase transfer of an ongoing/pending superior court case, involving juvenile(s) matters, due to countless miconductivites [sic], corruptions, department investigations, civil & procedural code case violations" etc. Doc. #1 at 1. The papers include a random jumble of notices, letter, handwritten notes, and court documents from what appear to be various state court cases and a matter pending before the state claims commissioner. It is not possible to determine from what court or what action Torres seeks to remove. The papers do not otherwise state any plausible, coherent, or intelligible grounds for federal court jurisdiction or for this Court to grant relief. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court shall DISMISS this action on the ground that it is malicious and frivolous under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(i). The motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #2) is DENIED as moot. The Clerk of Court shall close this case. It is so ordered. Signed by Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer on 11/4/2020.(Freberg, B)
