The court made disclosures as to Judge Williams's prior professional connection to Attorneys Vitale and Cruz. No current objections were raised, but Attorney Cruz indicated that she would need to consult with Plaintiff prior to waiving any possible objections. The court acknowledged that the parties retain the right to object after consulting with their lawyers. The court then addressed the status of non-appearing defendants, the discovery timeline, and whether the parties are interested in a settlement conference. July 20, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 16 ORDER granting in part and denying in part #15 Motion for Extension of Time.
