March 18, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER. The Court has reviewed plaintiff's Complaint (Doc. #1 ). The Complaint does not comply with the Court's Standing Scheduling Order -- Social Security Cases, adopted in this District on November 15, 2018. The Standing Order sets forth the requirements for commencing an action under 42 U.S.C. 405(g) to review a final administrative decision of Defendant. Here, in pertinent part, the Complaint fails to include plaintiff's Social Security number, without which the Commissioner is unable to prepare the Certified Administrative Record. Counsel is also informed that it is not necessary to issue a summons in this case. Pursuant to the Standing Order, "[i]n lieu of service of process of the Complaint and related documents, the Clerk of the Court" serves the complaint electronically "on the Social Security Administration's Office of the General Counsel and the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Connecticut." Standing Order at 2.
