The petitioner Barton Stuck may file any objection or other response to the Government's motion for order re waiver of attorney-client privilege (Doc. #6 ) by August 23, 2021. The Clerk of Court is requested to mail a copy of the Government's motion and this order to Mr. Stuck at FCI Otisville which is where the Federal Bureau of Prisons website reflects that he is presently serving his sentence. Because it is apparent that the Court's decision on this motion will affect the Government's response to Mr. Stuck's motion for post-conviction relief, the Court continues the date for the Government to file a response to the order to show cause until 30 days after the Court rules on the Government's motion for order re waiver of attorney-client privilege.
