See Doc. #1 .The Standing Order on Removed Cases details the requirements imposed on a removing party, including, inter alia, that "no later than seven (7) days after filing a notice of removal," the removing party must "file and serve a signed statement" setting forth certain information. The Standing Order on Removed Cases also requires that "[a]t the time a removal notice is filed[,] the removing party shall also file with the Clerk a separate notice,... specifying any pending motions that require action by a Judge of this Court[.]" The removing party, defendant Victoria's Secret Stores LLC, has not complied with the requirements of the Standing Order on Removed Cases. On or before November 5, 2021, counsel for defendant shall review the Standing Order on Removed Cases and comply with the directives set forth therein.
