ORDER. As discussed during today's telephonic status conference, the parties shall file their Rule 26(f) Report by December 21, 2021. The parties should prepare a single document that conforms to the template set forth in the Form 26(f) included in the civil appendix to the local rules. Where the parties disagree, they should set forth their competing positions on the issues or proposed deadlines about which they disagree. Should the defendants wish to stay discovery, they must file separate motions to stay, which should be filed at the same time as their motions to dismiss, or soon after.Also as discussed, the defendants' deadline to file any motions to dismiss is January 7, 2022, and the plaintiff's deadline to respond to such motions is February 7, 2022. Initial disclosures shall be due 30 days after the filing of the motions to dismiss.As long as the defendants file their motions to dismiss and any motions to stay by January 7, 2022, no discovery (other than initial disclosures, on the schedule discussed on today's conference call) may occur until after the court decides whether to stay discovery.Signed by Judge Michael P.
