Filing 13 ORDER. The plaintiff seeks reconsideration of the ruling denying his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis stating the court provided no reason for denying the motion. In the ruling, ECF No. #11 , the court clearly stated that the plaintiff provided financial information showing he had a spendable balance in his inmate account of $654.57, more than enough to pay the $402.00 filing fee.
