ORDER granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis, Plaintiff has filed a motion seeking to proceed without payment of fees and costs, which motion includes a declaration under penalty of perjury as to her current financial circumstances. See ECF No. 2. The declaration states that she is unemployed, and has been for over twenty years; that she has no bank accounts or other assets; and that she subsists on $219/mo in cash assistance and food stamps. These allegations are sufficient to establish that she is unable to pay the filing fees ordinarily required by the Court. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(1).
