See ECF No. 2. The declaration states that she is unemployed; that she is substantially living off $363 in monthly government benefits; and that she has no cash or assets from which to pay the filing fee. These allegations are sufficient to establish that she is unable to pay the filing fees ordinarily required by the Court. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(1).
