March 25, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 9 ORDER: On December 17, 2021, the plaintiff filed this action in the Eastern District of New York. The court directed the plaintiff to show cause within thirty days why the case should not be transferred to this court, and the case was ultimately transferred to this court on February 14, 2022. Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m) requires that the defendants be served within 90 days after the complaint is filed. The plaintiff has not yet filed a return of service. Accordingly, the plaintiff shall serve the defendants or obtain a waiver of service from the defendants by May 14, 2022. If the plaintiff does not complete service and file a return of service by May 14, 2022, the court will dismiss this action without prejudice. It is so ordered. Signed by Judge Alvin W.
