The Defendant shall respond to the complaint no later than 30 days after entry of an order denying Defendant's #8 Motion to Dismiss. In the event that Plaintiff files an amended complaint, Defendant shall file a response no later than 30 days after the filing of the amended complaint. All discovery shall be concluded by March 31, 2023. Dispositive motions, if any (see Local Rule 56(c)), shall be filed by May 1, 2023. The Court will set a date for filing a joint trial memorandum after the close of discovery.
