May 31, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER DISMISSING ACTION. On April 21, 2022, the Court entered an order to show cause why the complaint should not be dismissed. Doc. #6 . The order was mailed to plaintiff at her address of record but she has not filed any response by the due date of May 5, 2022. Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the Court's order to show cause, the Court DISMISSES the complaint. The motions for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and to appoint counsel (Docs. #2 , #7 ) are DENIED as moot in light of the dismissal of this case. The Clerk of Court shall close this case.
