Filing 3 ORDER DISMISSING CASE. On June 21, 2022, Plaintiff was directed to either pay the filing fee for this action or to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis by June 28, 2022. Filing 2 ORDER. A complaint filed in this Court must be accompanied by the full filing fee, which is currently $402. Alternatively, if a plaintiff wants to commence an action without prepayment of fees or security therefor, a plaintiff must file a Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915 and a financial affidavit. The Court cannot consider the merits of the claims asserted in any complaint filed without either the filing fee or a properly completed motion and affidavit. Plaintiff in this action has neither paid the filing fee nor filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis with a financial affidavit. By June 28, 2022, Plaintiff must pay the full filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis that is accompanied by a financial affidavit. Plaintiff's failure to do so will result in dismissal of this action.
