ORDER DISMISSING CASE. On June 21, 2022, Plaintiff was directed to either pay the filing fee for this action or to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis by June 28, 2022. Plaintiff has failed to take either action. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED. The Clerk is directed to close this case. Any motion to reopen shall be filed by August 4, 2022. ORDER. A complaint filed in this Court must be accompanied by the full filing fee, which is currently $402. Alternatively, if a plaintiff wants to commence an action without prepayment of fees or security therefor, a plaintiff must file a Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915 and a financial affidavit. The Court cannot consider the merits of the claims asserted in any complaint filed without either the filing fee or a properly completed motion and affidavit. Plaintiff in this action has neither paid the filing fee nor filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis with a financial affidavit. By June 28, 2022, Plaintiff must pay the full filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis that is accompanied by a financial affidavit. Plaintiff's failure to do so will result in dismissal of this action. If Plaintiff does not seek to proceed in forma pauperis, the filing fee in the amount of $402 (money order or bank check made payable to the Clerk of Court) shall be delivered to the Clerk's Office, 915 Lafayette Boulevard, Bridgeport, CT 06604.Signed by Judge Sarala V.
