SCHEDULING ORDER: The Court adopts the following schedule for pre-trial deadlines based on the parties' Rule 26(f) Report, the Court's preferences with respect to scheduling, and the Court's current calendar:- Plaintiff's joinder of additional parties due by September 2, 2022.- Initial disclosures due by September 9, 2022.- Amended pleadings due by October 14, 2022.- Defendant's joinder of additional parties due by November 4, 2022.- Plaintiff will designate all trial experts and provide opposing counsel with reports from retained experts under Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) by May 26, 2023. Depositions of any such experts shall be completed by June 30, 2023.- Defendant will designate all trial experts and provide opposing counsel with reports from retained experts under Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) by July 14, 2023. Depositions of any such experts shall be completed by August 18, 2023.- Depositions of fact witnesses shall be completed by August 18, 2023.- Discovery shall be completed by August 18, 2023.- Dispositive motions due by October 6, 2023.- Joint Trial Memorandum due by November 3, 2023, or thirty (30) days after the Court rules on any dispositive motions, whichever is later.- Trial ready date is December 4, 2023, or thirty (30) days after the filing of the Joint Trial Memorandum, whichever is later.If the parties wish to meet with a Magistrate Judge to discuss settlement, the parties may jointly file such a request by August 25, 2023.Signed by Judge Victor A.
