Filing 6 ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT. Plaintiff is a prisoner in Texas who has filed a complaint against several Texas-based defendants alleging wrongful conduct in Texas and not having any relation to the District of Connecticut. The Court DISMISSES the complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A for the same reasons that prior similar complaints have been dismissed. See, e.g., Padilla v. City, Town, or Municipality of Dallas Co., Texas, 2019 WL 3766375 (D. Conn. 2019); Padilla v. Dallas, 21cv706-JAM (D. Conn. 2021).
