August 24, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER DISMISSING CASE: Plaintiff Ismael Padilla is a prisoner in Texas who has filed a complaint alleging wrongful conduct in Texas and not having any relation to the District of Connecticut. The Court dismisses the complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A for the same reasons that prior similar complaints have been dismissed. See, e.g., Padilla v. Texas Bd. of Paroles, et al., Dkt. No. 3:22-cv-596, Doc. No. 5 (D. Conn. Aug. 10, 2022); Padilla v. Parole Dept. Director, et al., Dkt. No. 3:22-cv-416, Doc. No. 5 (D. Conn. Aug. 11, 2022); Padilla v. City, Town, or Municipality of Dallas Co., Texas, 2019 WL 3766375 (D. Conn. 2019). The complaint is dismissed with prejudice to refiling in this District. In light of the dismissal of the case, the motion to proceed in forma pauperis, doc. no. 2, is denied as moot. The Clerk shall close this case. It is so ordered. Signed by Judge Stefan R.
