October 17, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 13 ELECTRONIC ORDER denying as moot Plaintiff's #11 Second Supplement - Emergency Motion for Temporary Injunction for the reasons set forth below and those stated in the Court's prior #6 #12 Rulings. Plaintiff's original request for injunctive relief against defendant New Haven Superior Court, appearing in her #1 Complaint, was denied with prejudice because it was barred by the Anti-Injunction Act, 28 U.S.C. 2283. Her case has been closed since September 12, 2022. See #11 Second Supplement, at 42 (Attachment F, acknowledging that "[t]he case was closed and the ruling indicated that not one pleading thereafter would be accepted"). Plaintiff appears to have the misimpression that she must continue to apprise the Court of any future developments in her conflict with Storquest Storage Association ("Storquest") by filing copies of pleadings she has filed in other courts. She has thus filed two #10 #11 "Supplements" to an "Emergency Motion for Temporary Injunction" she has filed, or intends to file, in the United States Supreme Court in an action against Storquest. See case captions of #10 #11 Supplements. Rather than supplementing her fully resolved motion against defendant New Haven Superior Court in this Court, she appears to be copying this Court on an "Emergency Motion" against Storquest in the United States Supreme Court. Plaintiff is advised that she need not copy this Court on future filings against Storquest in other actions. To the extent that the present #11 "Supplement" appears to have been mis-designated as a supplemental motion in this terminated case, the Court finds this filing to be moot. Signed by Judge Charles S. Haight, Jr. on October 17, 2022. (Dorais, L.)
October 17, 2022 Filing 12 RULING (see attached) denying as moot Plaintiff's #10 Supplement - Emergency Motion for Temporary Injunction. The case remains closed. Signed by Judge Charles S. Haight, Jr. on October 17, 2022. (Dorais, L.)

October 7, 2022 Filing 10 Supplemental MOTION for Temporary Injunction by Anne M. Bradley.Responses due by 10/28/2022. Manually Filed Exhibits contained on CD. (Attachments: #1 Envelope)(Chartier, AnnMarie)
September 22, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 9 ELECTRONIC ORDER granting Plaintiff's Pro Se #8 Request for Immediate Return of File. On September 12, 2022, this Court issued its #6 "Ruling on Complaint -- Request for Injunction," indicating that the Court is precluded from granting Plaintiff the injunctive relief she has requested due to the federal "Anti-Injunction Act," 28 U.S.C. 2283. Specifically, as a federal court, this Court is prohibited from enjoining the proceedings in a state court, in this case in Bradley v. Storquest Self Storage Association, NNH-CV22-5054091-S (Conn. Super. Ct. 2022) in the defendant Connecticut Superior Court, District of New Haven. Absent the ability to provide Plaintiff's requested injunctive relief, the Court dismissed her action in its entirety, rendering the case fully litigated. At this time, Plaintiff requests the return of her original papers, submitted manually to this Court in support of her application. These papers include more than 400 pages of attachments which have been scanned into the case record. In light of Plaintiff's represented indigency and the fact that the case has concluded, the Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiff's #8 Request for Immediate Return of File. That way she will have her papers to continue litigating her matter in state court. The Clerk is directed to phone Plaintiff at the number she has provided ((203) 909-9131) and set up a time for her to retrieve the requested hard copies from the Clerk's Office. Signed by Judge Charles S. Haight, Jr. on September 22, 2022. (Dorais, L.)

Pursuant to the "Anti-Injunction Act," 28 U.S.C. 2283, Plaintiff's request for injunctive relief against the Connecticut Superior Court is DENIED. Her Complaint against that entity is hereby DISMISSED in its entirety with prejudice. The Clerk is directed to close the file. Signed by Judge Charles S. Haight, Jr. on September 12, 2022.
