Filing 11 ORDER. The court notes that although this action originally was filed in the Southern District of Florida, it has been transferred to the District of Connecticut, where Plaintiff is required to move for leave to file any new complaints. See McCarthy v. Meachum, 3:94-cv-00238, ECF No. 136. Accordingly, Plaintiff is instructed to so move on or before December 30, 2022. The court also notes that Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee in this action, nor has he moved to proceed in forma pauperis. Therefore, Plaintiff also is instructed to pay the filing fee on or before December 30, 2022. In the alternative, Plaintiff may submit a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis.
