ORDER. Ismael Padilla ("Plaintiff") is a prisoner in Texas who has filed a Complaint alleging wrongful conduct in Texas and not having any relation to the District of Connecticut. The Court dismisses the Complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915A for the same reasons that similar prior complaints have been dismissed. See, e.g., Padilla v. Tex. Prison Sys., Dkt. No. 3:22-cv-1004 (D. Conn. Aug. 12, 2022); Padilla v. Tex. Bd. of Paroles, Dkt. No. 3:22-cv-596, ECF No. 5 (D. Conn. Aug. 10, 2022); Padilla v. Parole Dep't Dir., Dkt. No. 3:22-cv-416, ECF No. 5 (D. Conn. Aug. 11, 2022); Padilla v. City, Town, or Municipality of Dallas Cnty., 2019 WL 3766375 (D. Conn. 2019). Mr. Padilla's Complaint is DISMISSED with prejudice to refiling in this District. In light of the dismissal of the case, Mr. Padilla's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, ECF No. #2 , is DENIED as moot. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to close this case.
