Filing 6 RECOMMENDED RULING: For the reasons stated in the attached Recommended Ruling, the plaintiffs Application to Proceed in District Court without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Doc. No. #3 ) is DENIED without prejudice to re-file. If the plaintiff wishes to pursue this action, then she must either pay the required filing fee or submit a new motion that meets all the requirements of 28 U.S.C. 1915, including a completed financial affidavit in which she details her income and itemizes her monthly expenses, by April 16, 2022. If the plaintiff wishes to pursue her claims, then she must file an amended complaint that sets forth a clear statement of her claim against each defendant, together with an explanation of the basis for each claim, by April 17, 2022. Any amended complaint must comply with the Federal and Local Rules of Civil Procedure.
