Moreover, the petition refers to this federal court as "this state court" and refers to the authority of "state court judges." Id. at 2. If Plaintiff means to file his petition in state court, the Connecticut Superior Court Judicial District of Hartford is located at 90 Washington Street, Hartford, Connecticut. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed in federal court, he must respond to this show cause order on or before April 6, 2022, or else the petition will be dismissed.
