April 11, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER denying motion to continue; finding as moot motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff's motion for an extension of time for 60 days to file a case (ECF No. #1 ) is denied. The Court does not have enough information to adequately assess the nature of the proposed suit and whether the law permits the granting an extension of the time to file the suit. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed in this action, he shall file a complaint, along with a motion to excuse the untimely filing, describing to the Court any equitable or other considerations that he believes justify extending the time for filing a complaint. Any such complaint shall be filed in a new action. Plaintiff shall also refile his motion to proceed in forma pauperis in any such new action.
