ORDER sealing sua sponte ECF No. #1 . ECF No. #1 contains medical records that Plaintiff has attached to his complaint. See ECF No. #1 at 16-18, 23-27, 40. Pursuant to Local Rule 5(e)(3), the Court finds that sealing ECF No. #1 is supported by clear and compelling reasons, including protecting the privacy of Plaintiff's health records. Because the Court will direct the Clerk to re-docket Plaintiff's complaint in a manner that seals only the portion of the filing containing Plaintiff's medical records, the Court further finds that sealing is narrowly tailored to serve the reasons that justify sealing. Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to seal ECF No. #1 . The Clerk is further directed to re-docket the filing at ECF No. #1 with the medical records at pages 16 through 18, 23 through 27, and 40 of ECF No. #1 included as a standalone, sealed attachment to the filing.
