ORDER granting #23 Motion to Transfer to Another District. The Court has considered the various factors implicated by a motion to transfer pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1404(a). See D.H. Blair & Co. v. Gottdiener, 462 F.3d 95, 106-07 (2d Cir. 2006). In light of the related litigation currently pending in the Eastern District of New York involving the same parties and similar issues, and because all parties seek a transfer to that court, the Court concludes that transfer to the Eastern District of New York is appropriate under the circumstances. The Court does not, nor can it, order the two cases consolidated and leaves that determination to the Eastern District of New York.
