Filing 12 ORDER adopting #8 Recommended Ruling. The Court has reviewed Judge Farrish's #8 comprehensive Recommended Ruling concerning Plaintiffs complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915A. The Recommended Ruling contains an accurate statement of the applicable law and a thoroughly reasoned analysis and application of that law to the circumstances presented here. Although Plaintiff objected to the Recommended Ruling, see ECF No. #11 , his objection does not adequately address Judge Farrish's concerns, and in fact, reinforces the conclusions he reached regarding the viability of Plaintiff's Complaint. The Recommended Ruling therefore is Accepted, Adopted, and So Ordered.Accordingly, the Complaint is dismissed. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this matter. Signed by Judge Kari A. Dooley on 5/22/2023. (Chambers, Jillian) |
