May 25, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 20 SCHEDULING ORDER: On May 25, 2023, the Court held a Rule 16 Conference in this matter (see Doc. No. 18). By agreement of the parties, the Court hereby sets the following discovery deadlines: -- A damages analysis shall be provided by any party who has a claim or counterclaim for damages on or before September 1, 2023;-- All written discovery shall be completed by October 1, 2023;-- All fact discovery, including all depositions of fact witnesses, shall be completed by December 1, 2023;-- The disclosure of the plaintiff's experts and any expert reports is due on or before December 1, 2023;-- The disclosure of the defendant's experts and any expert reports is due on or before January 1, 2024;-- Depositions of the parties' experts shall be completed by March 1, 2024;-- Dispositive motions, if any, shall be filed on or before February 15, 2024;-- All discovery shall be completed by March 1, 2024;-- The parties' Joint Trial Memo shall be filed thirty (30) days after any ruling on dispositive motions, or, if no motion is filed, by March 15, 2024. The parties are advised that in the event any disputes regarding discovery arise, in lieu of filing motions they may simply file a notice on the docket requesting a conference and the undersigned will schedule one. The Court further notes that the foregoing deadlines are premised on the parties' current understanding of the injuries at issue in this case, and if the parties learn additional information through discovery, they may seek to extend the deadlines for expert discovery, as necessary.
