ORDER. Title 11 U.S.C. 362 provides for an automatic stay of any judicial proceeding against a debtor that was commenced before the commencement of a bankruptcy petition. Here, Plaintiffs informed the Court that Defendant Little K's Landscaping, LLC filed a petition for bankruptcy. ECF No. 12. Accordingly, the case is stayed with respect to Plaintiffs' claims against Little K's Landscaping, LLC. Plaintiffs are free to pursue available remedies in the bankruptcy proceeding. Either party may notify the Court of the lifting of the automatic stay and resume Plaintiffs' claims against Little K's Landscaping, LLC, within 30 days of the lifting of the automatic stay.
