By agreement of the parties, the Court hereby sets the following discovery deadlines: -- All written discovery shall be completed by July 15, 2023; -- Plaintiff's contemplated motion for remand shall be filed on or before July 17, 2023; -- Any motion for joinder of additional parties shall be filed on or before July 21, 2023; -- Defendant's response to any Amended Complaint shall be filed on or before August 18, 2023; -- All fact discovery, including all depositions of fact witnesses, shall be completed by November 27, 2023; -- The disclosure of the plaintiff's experts and any expert reports is due on or before December 29, 2023; -- The disclosure of the defendant's experts and any expert reports is due on or before January 29, 2024; -- All discovery, including depositions of the parties' experts shall be completed by March 15, 2024; -- Dispositive motions, if any, shall be filed on or before April 15, 2024; and -- The parties' Joint Trial Memo shall be filed thirty (30) days after any ruling on dispositive motions, or, if no motion is filed, by April 15, 2024. The parties further agree that if at any point during discovery they believe a settlement conference would be fruitful, they will promptly file an appropriate motion and/or notice on the docket. In the event any disputes regarding discovery arise, in lieu of filing motions the parties may simply file a notice on the docket requesting a conference and the undersigned will schedule one.
