ORDER VACATING DOCKET 10. The United States Supreme Court issued its decision in Jones v. Hendrix on June 22, 2023. Accordingly, Dkt. 10 is VACATED to the extent that it instructs the Clerk's Office to mail a copy of the Jones parties' briefing. The Court now directs the Clerk's Office to mail Petitioner a copy of the Supreme Court's decision, attached. All other aspects of the Court's Order at Dkt. 10 remain in effect. The Government's response is due 09/20/2023 and Petitioner's Reply is due 10/11/2023.The case will remain administratively closed until the parties fully brief the habeas petition.
