ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiff has filed a document titled Pro Se Prisoner Civil Rights Amended Complaint. Doc. #1 . This document identifies several defendants but does not include any factual allegations about what happened or what each of the defendants did to violate plaintiffs rights. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the complaint without prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A for failure to state plausible grounds for relief. Plaintiff may file a second amended complaint within 30 days if she has good faith grounds to do so. Plaintiffs motions for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #2 ) and to appoint counsel (Doc. #3 ) are DENIED without prejudice as moot. The Clerk of Court shall close this case subject to re-opening in the event that the plaintiff chooses to file a proper second amended complaint.
