ORDER RE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION TO SUPPORT MOTION FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS (Doc. #2 ). The Court requests that plaintiff file additional documentation that the Court needs to consider whether to grant the motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis: (1) the last three months of plaintiff's spouse's paystubs reflecting both her gross and net monthly income; (2) the last three months of mortgage statements and payments made to Wells Fargo for 67 New Haven Ave. (3) the last three months of invoices and records of payment for plaintiff's Cadillac automobile; (4) the last three months of all bank checking and savings account statements; (5) the last three months of records of payment for plaintiff's daughter's dorm fees; and (6) records to substantiate the amount of credit card debt which amount is not separately reported on the financial affidavit but which the financial affidavit states that payments of $800 per month are made. Plaintiff shall file these additional records by September 20, 2023 or the Court shall dismiss this action unless instead the filing fee is paid. It is so ordered. Signed by Judge Jeffrey A.
