The Court ordered that Plaintiff D&T Auto Salvage, Inc. file a disclosure statement by August 18, 2023, but no disclosure statement has been filed to date. It is hereby ordered that no later than September 1, 2023, Plaintiff D&T Auto Salvage, Inc. shall file a disclosure in compliance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 7.1 and District of Connecticut Standing Order 22-36. In addition to filing the disclosure, Plaintiff must also contemporaneously file a motion requesting an extension of time nunc pro tunc explaining why Plaintiff has now twice ignored the Court's orders to file a disclosure statement.
