October 13, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 9 ORDER dismissing case without prejudice. Petitioner's first application for a writ of habeas corpus was filed with several pages missing. See ECF No. 1. Petitioner filed an amended petition, and although it contains the missing pages, all the pages are blank. See ECF No. 5. Petitioner then filed a "second" identical amended petition, which is again entirely blank besides for the case caption and Petitioner's signature. See ECF No. 7. Under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e), courts are required to dismiss any action that is frivolous or that fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Because Petitioner has repeatedly filed blank habeas petitions, she has failed to state a claim for which relief can be granted, and the Court must dismiss this action.
