ORDER. The Court GRANTS the parties' motion for extension of time (Doc. #22 ) as follows: (a) Counsel for Defendants hereby accept service of the Complaint on behalf of all Defendants. In accepting service, Defendants do not waive, and expressly retain, all other defenses; (b) Within fourteen (14) days after the entry of an order appointing lead plaintiff and lead counsel, lead counsel and counsel for Defendants shall confer and submit to the Court a proposed schedule for filing an amended complaint or designating the operative complaint and for briefing on any motions or response relating thereto (the "Proposed Schedule"); (c) Defendants shall have no obligation to respond to the Complaint (or any amended complaint) until the date ordered by the Court after it receives the Proposed Schedule; and (d) The Parties' Planning Conference under Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) and Local Rule 26(f) shall be deferred. A deadline for such conference shall be established after the lifting of any discovery stay under 15 U.S.C. 78u-4(b)(3)(B). It is so ordered..
