Filing 14 SCHEDULING ORDER: On January 17, 2024, the Court held a Scheduling Conference in this matter (see Doc. No. 12). By agreement of the parties, the Court adopts in part the proposal set forth in the parties' Joint Rule 26(f) Report (Doc. No. #10 ), and hereby sets the following discovery deadlines: -- The parties' initial disclosures are due on or before February 29, 2024; -- Disclosure of the plaintiff's experts and any expert reports is due on or before September 15, 2024; -- Depositions of the plaintiff's expert witnesses shall be completed on or before November 11, 2024; -- Disclosure of the defendant's experts and any expert reports is due on or before October 31, 2024; -- Depositions of the defendant's expert witnesses shall be completed on or before December 15, 2024; -- A damages analysis shall be provided by any party who has a claim or counterclaim for damages on or before December 15, 2024; -- All discovery shall be completed by December 15, 2024; -- Dispositive motions, if any, shall be filed on or before February 21, 2025; -- The parties' Joint Trial Memorandum shall be filed thirty (30) days after a ruling on any dispositive motions, or, if no dispositive motion is filed, by March 21, 2025; and -- The parties shall be trial ready thirty (30) days after a ruling on any dispositive motions, or, if no dispositive motion is filed, by April 21, 2025. In the event that any disputes regarding discovery arise, in lieu of filing motions the parties may simply file a notice on the docket requesting a conference with the undersigned. The parties are further encouraged to regularly engage in settlement discussions and, should they eventually seek the Court's assistance in settling this case, they are directed to file a request for a settlement conference.
