ORDER. Plaintiff has filed a pleading asking that the Court, among other things, place him on the "DO NOT STOP, DO NOT HOLD, DO NOT DETAIN LIST for United States of America, All 50 States, and surrounding territories and the OTHER STATES." ECF No. 1 at 8. It appears that plaintiff previously asked for this relief in 2021, and his claims were dismissed with prejudice. See ECF No. 4, In Re: Brown, No. 21-mc-00047 (D. Conn.) (asking Court to place plaintiff "on the DO NOT STOP-DO NOT DETAIN LIST FOR UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, STATE OF CONNECTICUT AND ALL OTHER STATES"); ECF No. 11, id. (dismissing case with prejudice because claim is frivolous). Plaintiff is ordered to SHOW CAUSE by June 26, 2023: (1) why this case should not be dismissed with prejudice because it brings claims that have already been dismissed with prejudice in a prior action, and (2) why the Court should not enter the same order as it did in plaintiff's prior matter prohibiting further filings on these claims. ECF No. 20 at 5, In Re: Brown, No. 21-mc-00047 (D. Conn.) ("[N]o further filings should be made in this matter without the Court's prior review and express permission. The Clerk is thus instructed to refrain from docketing any additional documents in this closed matter without first obtaining the Court's instruction.").
