August 2, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 14 ORDER. Plaintiff indicates that they have agreed to settle this matter with Defendant Experian Information Solutions, Inc. ("Experian"), see ECF No. #13 . Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is instructed, respectfully, to administratively close this case solely against Experian in accordance with Local Rule 41(b). Either Plaintiff or Experian may move to reopen the case on or before September 16, 2024. If Plaintiff or Experian wishes to file a stipulation of dismissal, they may do so on or before September 16, 2024. The dates in this order may be extended for good cause upon a motion filed in accordance with Local Rule 7(b). If no stipulation of dismissal is filed by the deadline noted herein, the action against Experian will be deemed dismissed with prejudice without any further order of the court.
