It also appears that many of the documents Plaintiff has filed contain sensitive information about an individual who is not party to this case. Accordingly, the court respectfully instructs the Clerk of Court to please seal the exhibits to the Complaint filed at ECF No. #1 (pages 14 through 49 of the document). Pursuant to Local Rule 5(e), the court finds that there is clear and compelling reason to place these documents under seal because they contain private personal and financial information about a non-party. The court finds that sealing all exhibits attached to the docket entry is narrowly tailored to address this privacy interest because the quantity and frequency of private information is such that filing a redacted version of the record would be of little utility.
