Plaintiffs then filed a document demonstrating that an agent for Defendant was served with process on December 23, 2025. (ECF No. 11). Because Defendant has not filed an answer by the deadline of January 13, 2026, it shall respond to this order, as to why default should not enter, by February 10, 2026.
