Defendants Margaret Crockett and Joseph Stokes motion to dismiss (D.I. 12) is GRANTED, and they are DISMISSED from this matter; 2. Defendants Nanticoke Health Services and Mid- Sussex Medical Centers motion to dismiss (D.I. 10) is GRANTED as follows: a. The complaint filed by plaintiff Emmanuel Esaka (D.I. 1) is DISMISSED in its entirety; b. The parties are ordered to proceed to alternative dispute resolution in accordance with the terms of the Physician Employment Agreement as to Counts I, II, and IV of the complaint only, Count III having been voluntarily dismissed.
