Plaintiff alleged that Defendant Zynga, Inc. made, used, sold, offered for sale and/or imported in the United States a variety of computer applications, including Cafe World, CityVille, Empires & Allies, FarmVille, FrontierVille, Mafia Wars, PetVille, Treasure Isle, YoVille and Zynga Poker, which infringed on U.S. Patent No. 7,054,928 entitled "System for Viewing Content over a Network and Method Therefor."
