Delaware Radio Technologies LLC et al v. Tesla Motors Inc.
Plaintiff Delaware Radio Technologies, LLC and Wyncomm, LLC alleged that Defendant Tesla Motors, Inc. infringed U.S. Patent No. 5,506,866 entitled "Side-Channel Communications in Simultaneous Voice and Data Transmission," U.S. Patent No. 5,642,379 entitled "Technique for Modulating Orthogonal Signals with One or More Analog or Digital Signals" by selling the Tesla Model S equipped to received HD Radio broadcasts.
