February 7, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORAL ORDER: Having discovered that cases alleging infringement of the identical '633 patent asserted in these cases (18-1856 and 18-2072 to 18-2076) have been filed in this District, including 18-513 and 18-514 (which were assigned to Retired Judge Sleet) and 18-1716 and 18-1717 (assigned to Judge Noreika), but were not all deemed related to one another, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, no later than Monday, February 11, Plaintiffs' counsel shall SHOW CAUSE why: (i) all of the above-referenced cases (to the extent they are open) should not be deemed related and assigned to a single judge; and (ii) why Plaintiff's counsel should not be sanctioned for failing to identify all of these cases as related. See D. Del.
