ORDER, Plaintiffs' requests for counsel are DENIED without prejudice to renew. (D.I. 3, 22, 48 )Non-Party Nina Shahin's motion for joinder is DENIED. (D.I. [ 7]). Plaintiff Roman Shankaras' motions for leave to amend are DENIED as moot.(D.I. 20, 37 ) The Complaint is DISMISSED as frivolous and for failure to state claims upon which relief may be granted, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(i) and (ii) and 1915A(b)(1).The claims raised by Plaintiff Jarreau A. Ayers in Count II, the medical negligence claims, and Counts III and IV are DISMISSED with prejudice. Defendants CERT Team, Warden Robert May, and Sergeant Cupid are DISMISSED.The case is SEVERED into five individual cases, each with its own case number and title. Each newly-opened case shall include the original complaint (D.I. 1 ) and the filing fee order for each severed Plaintiff. Each Plaintiff (i.e., Dwayne Staats, Jarreau A. Ayers, Roman Shankaras, Lawrence Michaels, Abdul Haqq el-quadeer) who desires to go forward with the newly opened case shall file an amended complaint as to Count I and II in his own name or before October 25, 2019. Should any Plaintiff fail to timely file an amended complaint in his newly-opened case, the Clerk of Court will be directed to close that case.
