ORAL ORDER Setting Teleconference: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a teleconference to address the motion to compel in C.A. No. 19-mc-125 is set for 10:00 AM on 6/5/2019. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before 6/3/2019, AgroFresh shall submit a letter to the Court of no more than 2 pages regarding its position on the propriety of third-party discovery from Pace and whether, if discovery of Pace is not allowed, AgroFresh should be allowed to rely on the testimony of Mr. Dunstan regarding Pace's pricing practices that were not addressed at the deposition. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that the parties are to provide a copy of this ORAL ORDER to counsel for Pace. If Pace has not retained Delaware counsel by 6/5/2019, lead counsel for Pace may participate on the teleconference without local counsel.
