February 18, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORAL ORDER - Having discovered that another case involving infringement of reissue patents RE47,031 and RE47,713, which are at issue in this case, has been filed in this District, i.e., 19-2293 (which is assigned to Judge Connolly), and that the instant action was not marked related to the case assigned to Judge Connolly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, no later than Thursday, February 20, 2019, Plaintiff's counsel shall SHOW CAUSE why: (i) this case should not be deemed as related to Judge Connolly's case; and (ii) why Plaintiff's counsel should not be sanctioned for failing to identify these cases as related as required by the Delaware Local Rules. See D. Del.
