ORAL ORDER: WHEREAS, Defendant has filed a motion to dismiss (D.I. #5 ) alleging that the '872 Patent is directed to ineligible subject matter under 35 U.S.C. 101; WHEREAS, the Court is currently scheduled to hear argument on March 11, 2020 on similar motions filed by Defendants in related cases (C.A. Nos. 19-1108, 19-1109, 19-1603); and WHEREAS, certain efficiencies will be attained by hearing argument on Defendant's motion at the same time as the other 101 Motions. THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that oral argument on Defendant's motion will be heard with the other 101 Motions on March 11, 2020 at 10:00 am in Courtroom 4A and Defendant shall coordinate with the other moving Defendants so as to only present one argument at the hearing.
