TEXT ORDER This matter comes before the Court upon Plaintiff`s letter, filed on November 19, 2019 [Dkt. No. 16], which argues that the Court should not consider Defendants` letter, filed November 15, 2019 [Dkt. No. 15], when evaluating whether to transfer this case to the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware under 28 U.S.C. 1404(a). Upon review of Defendants` submission, which is only two pages long, the Court finds that Defendants` submission is appropriate and will be considered. However, if Plaintiff wishes to submit a short response (no longer than three pages), to be filed within three business days, that would also be considered by the Court. Beyond Plaintiff`s contemplated response letter, the Court will not consider any additional briefing on this issue. So Ordered by Judge Renee Marie Bumb on 11/20/2019. TEXT ORDER This matter comes before the Court upon a pre-motion conference letter [Dkt. No. 8], filed by Defendants DuPont De Nemours, Inc. and Michael Pollock Defendants. Having reviewed the parties submissions, including Plaintiff Matthew Carcanagues response [Dkt. No. 9], this Court finds that there is a possibility that the District of Delaware may be a more appropriate forum for this action. Therefore, the parties are hereby ORDERED to show cause as to whether this Court should transfer this case to the United States District Court for the District of Delaware under 28 U.S.C. 1404(a). The parties shall submit briefing on this issue, with an analysis of the public and private factors set forth in Jumara v. State Farm Ins.
