ORAL ORDER: As discussed during today's status teleconference, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs' request for expedited consideration of its motion to remand (D.I. 3) and motion for a temporary restraining order (D.I. 4) is GRANTED. Defendant shall file an answering brief, relating to Plaintiffs' motions, of no more than twenty (20) pages, due no later than 12:00 p.m. tomorrow, February 23. Plaintiff shall file a reply brief by 12:00 p.m. on February 24. If Defendant files a motion to dismiss and supportive brief (which may be combined with its answering brief, although it may alternatively be a separate brief) by tomorrow at 12:00 p.m., the Court will expedite review of that motion, and in that instance Plaintiffs shall file their answering brief by February 25 at 12:00 p.m., to which Defendant may file a reply brief by February 26.
